1. Service Description

Formstar provides digital assistance for job and grant applications. Our services include:

• Automated Z83 form preparation.
• Smart CV building and ATS optimization.
• Assisted submission of documents to third parties.

2. Pricing & Payments

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

• All prices are clearly displayed before payment.
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• You are paying for the preparation and processing of documents, not for the outcome of the application.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate delivery of generated documents:

• Refunds are not generally provided once a document (CV or Z83) has been generated or downloaded.
• If a technical error prevents you from accessing your paid service, we will rectify the issue or provide a credit/refund at our discretion.

4. User Obligations

By using Formstar, you agree that:

• The information you provide is true, accurate, and yours to share.
• You will not use the service for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent yourself.
• You grant us permission to process your data for the purpose of delivering the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Formstar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed application deadlines or rejected applications.
